January 12th 2023 all tenants received a notice that the building intercom system will be disabled due to an unacceptable number of tenants and non tenants that has been engaged in high criminal activity from drug use and or drug sales. The notice mentions that property management has attempted to use security guards at a high cost but the activity still continues so on Friday January 27th 2023 it was decided to have the intercom system disabled in the hopes that would be effective to reduce n
