Complaint: Construction
Opened August 18, 2015 · Updated August 19, 2015
Side sewer work w/o permit. The neighbors side sewer in the north side yard ruptured several months ago during the spring. The owner dug it up and attempted to repair it. The repair was never completed and the pipe was covered with gravel. Now the smell is coming up through the gravel.
