HOUSING--per online--There is a large hole in the garage ceiling below our rental unit, so our apartment is flooded with gas and exhaust fumes every time the neighbor comes home and parks their car in the garage. My original complaint to the landlord was on March 30th and he refused to acknowledge the problem. The fumes were so bad in the apartment on two different occasions that my whole family became sickened by the fumes. I repeatedly urged the landlord to fix the prob
