I am requesting that SDCI investigate ongoing habitability, sanitation, accessibility, and resident access concerns affecting my apartment building.Since moving into the property in January 2026, I have repeatedly reported concerns to management regarding conditions affecting residents' ability to safely access and use the building. While some recent progress has occurred after escalation to ownership and senior leadership, many concerns have persisted for months despite repeated notice.
