Vegetation from the property and the public right away (in front of property) is encroaching on the sidewalk. I'd estimate about 2/3rds of sidewalk is blocked by vegetation. Perhaps it would be difficult for people with disabilities to walk/wheel chair through that area.

The construction site's waste is running into the alley. It has concrete in it and it is going down the drain in the alley.***Is CSC per Permit 6410449? Water with concrete is getting into the drain in the alley***
