I am reporting an unresolved construction-related defect that has existed since move-in (December 2025) and remains unaddressed despite repeated notice and direct acknowledgment by management and ownership.The sliding screen door in my unit does not properly fit or seal within the frame, leaving visible gaps. As a result, when the door is used for ventilation, pests enter the unit through these openings. This renders the screen door unusable for its intended purpose, as it cannot be opened

I became employed and simply did not have the time to go to my roof in the freezing cold and wait to take videos.
