On March 21st, 2026 my landlord failed to give any notice of scheduled maintenance in my unit.I got a phone call around 12pm that day from him saying there was an emergency with the galvanized plumbing and they needed to access my unit. When I got home around 4pm there were several men in my apartment patching and painting walls - no plumbing work being done.
