The construction workers keep coming earlier and earlier and are being louder and louder. They were coming six which was bad enough, but now they're coming at 5 AM banging a bunch of stuff around and starting. Including weekends, this is getting really annoying and it's a noise pollution for all of us.

Per online complaint: "extremely bright lights behind building (alley side) were recently installed on the building. The lights are set so they point upward projecting ungodly bright light to anyone above the first floor in the neighborhood."
