Landlord has not returned security deposit or provided a statement of charges within 21 days of move-out. I moved out, with proper notice, on 12/12/2023. A final walk-through with the maintenance manager was completed on 12/13/2023 (was scheduled for the 12th and then delayed by them).

Per Online;My oven does not work and both my kitchen and bathroom outlets do not work in my apartment since I have moved in 2 weeks ago. I have tried for the past two weeks now to get someone to fix both but nobody is showing up when they say they will. I've also submitted an online maintenance request that hasn't been addressed. I can't cook at my apartment until it's fixed.
