Mold, rot, moisture in ceiling and walls resulting from flooding of laundry room above unit.Note: Claims prevous repair was not done properly. Complainant's daughter(Jami Swarg) lives in unit. Complainant states that he is on the lease and is requesting that he be called and be present during inspection. He is also a contractor.
