I filed a work order due to my refrigerator not working. This was filed on the 27th of November, and the landlord just responded saying that it someone would be out to measure the dimensions of the refrigerator on there 16th of December. Caller wants to know her rights as a tenant. Landlord wont fix the issues with mold in her unit she wants to be able to relocate as soon as possible because her health is severely being impacted. Landlord agreed to end lease but she needs assistance with relocation if an inspector confirms violations.

Mold on the window seals of the apartment an in the bathroom. Complainant/tenant has talked to the owner/manager, then the unit was painted with mold resistant paint and the mold is back. Complainant said the landlord is not doing what they should to rid the place of the problem.
