Sewage routinely seeps into the parking garage when it rains and improperly maintained records of sump pump issues date back to 2023. Violation of code 303.0, 304.0 Sump pump metal door is being held open by a block of wood. Violation of code 312.12.2 The opening emits smells of waste and overflow.

We moved out of Ballard on the Park when our lease ended April 14th 2024. We have yet to receive any notice on our deposit refund($800) which I've tried to contact the management office multiple times about all without any definitive date or status.
