HOUSING--per online--I've previously contacted about this issue, but now I'm ok moving forward with my complaint and it being public. I've lived here over a month now our building has no internet acces, no trash bins, and no mailboxes. I don't know who the landlord is but the property management, Windermere (David Steinmetz), representing her has been uncooperative and at this point totally non responsive on these issues. If this department doesn't handle these issues plea

PER ONLINE: The building does not have a mailbox at all. Zero onsite mailbox, it never had it. As well as no internet. The owner doesn't have a contract with any of the providers so nobody can get Internet. As well as no trash.
