They are allowing up to 20 loitering/homeless individuals to lodge under their carport, resulting in an abundance of property crimes, drugs and physical fights. *The loitering individuals started a fire under the Harvard House property in the inner, left car port last Sunday, 11/3 and emerged to the adjoining Diamond Parking lot at 218 Harvard to start fires on 11/6 & 11/7.
