Per email complaint-This is to lodge a complaint about ongoing early morning delivery noise at Café Fiore located 224 W. Galer St, 98119 (cross street 3rd Ave W).Café Fiore has two deliveries every morning usually at 3am and 4.30-5am. Each truck uses their back-up beeping which wakes us up regularly. They are sometime noisy with banging of items. I'm not sure what vendors the trucks belong to as it's hard to get up out of bed to check it out.It would be great if this could be stopped as it's

Not building according to the approved plans. Verticle beams appear to be unstable and not anchored into the foundation. The beams seem to be too short or the foundation was not poured high enough.
