Construction without permits doing work on the outside of this condominium. Complainant stated Alan Justad told her to call Code Compliance to report this. (Based on what she told me it does not sound like construction, but more like repairs, but said Alan told her to call it in.

Garage has been finished for at least a month - MUP 2401804 Condition No. 7 states "Parking for construction workers shall be provided on-site as soon as the garage is completed." Construction workers are NOT parking in garage and garage is filled with construction materials.
