This construction site has a huge LED light hanging from one if it's cranes 24/7 pointing directly into my apartment and lights up the whole place at night. Can they point it somewhere else or turn it off it's ruining sleep?I'm unsure if this system accurately recorded the location, but the site is on Alder St and Terry St. in First Hill (911 Alder St. Seattle, WA 98104) - the building proposal on this site claims its 225 Broadway.6781846-CN

I am requesting City review of what appears to be a significant and unannounced change in third-party water and sewer billing at Cascara, a multifamily apartment community in Seattle.I raised this issue after receiving a Conservice bill for $258.56, approximately 95% higher than the average of my prior 12 monthly bills.In one billing cycle:Sewer increased from $42.09 to $118.50.Water increased from $16.05 to $47.00.My personal water consumption remained relatively consistent
