There has been an ongoing infestation of roaches. I've lived at the LIHI property since February 2026. They were doing treatment for certain unjts and then stopped. July and August there has been no exterminator. I've made complaints, sent emails and my unit hasn't been sprayed over two months. There's been roaches in various stages found in my unit and throughout the property building. They are not treating the whole building. The property manager is making it optional for the tenants to be on

Fire in third floor, near unit of social worker's client's residence. Social worker calling on behalf of them. Fire caused relocation within the building, visible mold in new unit. Translation to Spanish possibly needed. Contact Info is for tenant.

Per Online; The structure located at 225 Harvard Ave E is currently under construction. It was observed that per 2015 SBC Section 1404.2 a Water-Resistive Barrier (Tyvek product) has been installed on the south side of the building (at what I assume is the south stair shaft) against plywood sheathing at exterior wall framing. A layer of fiber cement siding was installed on top of WRB layer but later removed. A layer of fiberglass-mat faced gypsum sheathing (DensGlass product)
