Last week on Thursday, Feb 2 2023 I smelled a gas leak in the hallways of our building when I came home from an evening out. Carbon monoxide alarms were going off on the first floor. Another tenant and I decided to call 911 and our property management company. I decided to evacuate the building and knocked on all my neighbors' doors to tell them to go outside immediately.
