The "Voss" complex has had overflowing dumpsters for the past number of days. This has been a recurring problem. It attracts flies, rats, and the odor impacts the enjoyment of our abutting property. These dumpsters are unsecured and attract unhoused people who rummage through them late at night. They are very close to our property and we have concern that a fire would put our residence at risk. Please also check that they are placed in the correct permitted location on this property.

Complaint

Opened June 24, 2024

Continued elevator outage. Submitting complaint on behalf of my 89.5 year old mother, a 4th floor tenant with low income. My complaint adds to complaint 006328-24CP, submitted by another 4th floor tenant. This issue is becoming a more urgent safety matter as the outage continues for the only elevator at this address. It's been continuously unavailable since June 7, with frequent outages for a long time prior to that date, and a tenant stuck in the elevator in late May.For this 2009 mark
