2258 14th Ave West apartment building is violating the Seattle Municipal Code Chapter 10.52 Weeds and Vegetation Code. On the east side of the building (Gilman Drive West) their shrubbery is overgrowing into the sidewalk. 2 people cannot use the sidewalk as it is now, you have to wait for the other person to get through the area or you have to walk into the street to get past is someone else is using the sidewalk. PER CSB: Plants are constantly overgrown into the walking path which makes it difficult to walk with dogs or when other pedestrians are present.
