Per Online; There is not enough 'on street' parking for zone 32 residents. Parking was always scarce but now with all the construction in my neighborhood, it is impossible. I'm tired of getting tickets, because there's no other place to park. I'm ready to give up on the city and walk away because I drive around for hours looking for a spot, Then to do that dance all over again the next day. Isn't there some restrictions on how much construction can displace parking

WEEDS--per CSB--Laurel bush taking 1/3 of sidewalk. I don't get why the city selectively enforced encroachments into city property. I have two properties with overhangs, that don't get in the way of people, on city property that I have to get permits for. I'm assuming people with vegetation that is getting in the way of people walking everyday don't have to get permits or fines. It just doesn't make sense.
