I am filing this complaint regarding failure to return my security deposit in compliance with RCW 59.18.280. My lease for Unit 212 at LaVie at Queen Anne ended on December 28, 2025. I vacated the unit, returned all keys, FOB, and garage door opener on December 20, 2025, and provided my forwarding address on December 25, 2025. Within the property, inside of the fire escape stairways, holes are cut through the double layer drywall from prior modifications opening up access to bypass firewall ratings and have not been repaired. This is reoccuring through the main stairwell between floors L1 and 1 and 1 and 2. The holes are approximately 18" L 6"w.
