Per CSB: Arson occurred on Wednesday the 18th. Has post-inspection happened? Customer is displaced. Entire 5th floor is displaced. Some other residents on other floors are also displaced. Pipes burst in the building. Cannot get ahold of management. SDCI states they do not have it in their system. Fire Marshall says it's not within their scope.
