Per Online;I got back from grocery shopping on 17th of April 2023 9PM ish and park my car to secure parking garage.When I got ready on 18th of April 2023 5:25AM ish and head to securing parking garage. 3~4 cars include mine got vandalized.My car and least one more car have driver side window damage and items get stolen out of car.My cousin car have rear window damage and item got stolen out of car.I contact property manager, and property manager told me

A month ago there was a major sewage leak in the parking garage. The apartment maintenance & management (Gibraltar, LLC) would not do more than a partial fix. We had to report to City of Seattle to get them to fix the leak. But since then they have not cleaned up the sewage that leaked into the parking garage and all the residents and 1st floor public businesses have to walk through it. It has since dried up but there is a lot of toilet paper and other items dried into the concrete being walked

Severe bed bug infestation that has gone on too long. Invoices are not being provided for the treatments nor are the inspection reports. Word of mouth. Tenant was blamed for the infestation and they made her pay $600 which she paid. Tenant spoke to Ryan. Terminix has been out there with no resolve.
