City owned lot/street completely overgrown with invasive blackberries and ivy. Entire lot needs to be cleared. It is full of rats. Vegetation has grown to block half the street, and a pedestrian walkway between 23rd Ave w and w Lynn street.

Blackberry brambles continue to grow into our street and block parking areas, but the find it fix it report gets closed without the issue being resolved. City workers trimmed around the utility poles recently but did not trim the areas growing into the street. This causes cars to have to swerve around them when driving down 23rd.
