The dishwasher in my unit (Unit 212, Hamilton Apartments) has been unusable since early November due to a broken detergent compartment that results in undissolved detergent and prevents dishes from being cleaned. The issue was discovered upon first use of the dishwasher on 11/5/25.I reported the issue via the tenant portal on 11/5/25. Maintenance inspected the dishwasher on 11/6/25 and confirmed the issue. The fob in our building rarely works, despite consistent complaints. This is a serious accessibility issue given that the building is 5 stories tall. My neighbor uses a walker and now rarely leaves the building.
