We live at 2303 13th Ave S and have had squatters or homeless invade the property behind our fence, they are using the property as a toilet and throwing sharps and trash over the bushes. They can gain access our property by jumping over the side railings for the College Street steps We have called the police when they are loud or fighting, but no one has come to talk to us about the situation. There is no trash can at the top or the bottom of the College Street Steps
