Toilet does not flush property, shower only has HOT scalding water, no cold water at all. Leak in ceiling that came out through light fixture. Landlord sent someone to come fix, shock/safety hazard was left. Requesting inspection.

The only elevator at 2305 1st Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121 has been inoperable since March 19th as informed by the Bellweather Housing management team via email. They have stated they called the elevator company but no one is coming out. They are "waiting for a response." This is a four-story subsidized housing unit that has many residents with mobility issues.
