PER CSB: Customer called on 9/19/23 to report construction workers are dumping debris blocking the sidewalk in front of a commercial building. She reported for months construction has been happening inside the building (property owner is a slum lord she stated). The crew is leaving debris outside the building, including clogging the storm drain nearby. She notified the crew about her concerns, but they didn't seem to care.
