This property has an existing dwelling (utility shed) that is within 1 ft of the North property line they share with me, not meeting current setback requirements of 3-5 ft. They have submitted plans under Record# 004027-25PA and Record# 7099208-CN to use this existing dwelling footprint to build a new DADU that is 3 stories. The new DADU needs to meet setback requirements of 3-5 ft from the North property line that they share with me.
