Isarn Thai restaurant is doing remodeling in the middle of the night, as confirmed by a message sent out by varsity apartments management. This includes loud power tools at 1:30 in the morning such as table saws. It began sunday night, June 14th, continued last night, June 15th, and according to the message sent by Varsity apartments management will continue on for at least several more nights.

Construction crew operating in a multi family/residential neighborhood outside construction hours. On week days after 7pm and on 3/1/19 at 6AM. On 3/1 large crashing sounds as they loaded items in a truck. On weekdays this week sawing/cutting after 7pm.
