We have a construction project at 2323 W Crockett St and they started at 7 am today on Memorial Day. It is hard to believe the City allows construction on a holiday much less to 10 pm a nightWe've had issues before with loud music playing while on site and it seems the rights of the neighbors aren't of any interest with the generous rules of the City regarding construction hours.I know this complaint is of no avail and that is so wrong in so many ways.Elizabeth Roberts

Is work per Permit 6328058? Complainant says ceilings are higher and the individual floors are taller than what was approved in Permit 6328058?

Complainant has stated that the neighborhood has been complainaing about this vegetation since fall with no changes. NOTE: 2 previous vegetation hazard alert letters sent 10/11 and 11/11, this is not a hazard.

Per online complaint, "Vacant for 1 year. Grass is not cut, both in front and in the side yards. Growing into the public right of way. Cut about 5 months ago, the grass cuttings have become compacted and are a slip hazard. Entered by CSB WF 1026993." NOTE: Emailed complainant regarding vacant building comment, informing them we would be mailing a weeds notification.
