I am the owner of a condo in the Austin Bell building in Belltown (2324 1st Ave). Unit 410 in the building had some work going on and I was told it was just minor repair work to fix leaky fixtures. Later I heard what sounded like tile being cut and the project manager admitted the bath tub was removed. On multiple occasions I encountered plumbers in the elevator who talked about replacing the drains in the unit. I noticed one of them had a 7+ foot long section of 2" inch drain pipe (PVC or ABS)
