Had a flood in the building on May 4th. Property damage on the bottom floors, complainants unit was not damaged. Started work today ripping out ceilings and walls that have asbestos. Tenant is concerned about breathing in asbestos and chemicals. Tenant wants to know does she have any rights while building is going through abatement? Or to be compensated? Serv Pro is doing the work
