Per Online;It is midnight and there is construction / road work going on outside my house. Even with all windows closed, there is drilling and loud noises. It is disturbing my pet from sleeping too.

It is now 4am and it sounds like they are literally tearing up pavement. After being kept up past midnight due to the noise, i have now been woken up at 4am. If this is not an emergency it is outrageously unacceptable.

POTA--per phone call--there is going to be a 5 month project, she will not have ventilation in the building and there will be dust in the unit that is dangerous to her infant she is about to delivered. Wants to know what her rights are?
