Today at about 2:30 PM there was a gas leak at 2335 48th Ave. SW. This is a property where there was a fire that destroyed seven town houses under construction in April, 2020. The cause of the gas leak today was an excavator hitting the gas line that had not been turned off at the curb following the fire. SFD informed me today that they turned the gas off at the curb when they arrived. The person at the scene at the time of the leak, - Vladimir Bronitskyy - who works for Seatt

VB--This property has been vacant for over two years. There is now a proposed land use sign on it: 3029812 and 3031025. It has not been maintained during this time. I mowed the grass last year, but have stopped doing so this year. It, therefore appears unoccupied and is a magnet for squatters as has happened on out block in the past. I believe the developer needs to address at minimum mowing grass so that the property doesn't become more than just an eyesore.

Duplicate VB--This property has been vacant for over two years. Previously I have maintained the lawn and planting strip. I have stopped doing that this year. It is die for demolition - projects 3029812 and 3031025 - but there has been little progress on that. The house now looks abandoned which attracts squatters as has been the case on this block in the past. The house is now an eyesore on the block. I request that the owner maintain the property until it is demolished and construction begins
