Ms. Orton called back on 12/2 to say this is a serious issue for her, she can't keep inhaling the mold she's pregnant and it's making her sick. From the washing machine leak floor is damaged has cracks in it. The paint on the walls is bubbling. Fireplace not maintained. Would like to know rights as tenant living in these type of conditions

HOUSING--per phone call--complainant/tenant was told to go to a hotel when she asked the landlord to do something about the mold. Complainant has severe allergies and been inhaling mold and fumes.. The washing machine overflowed and water spread throughout the unit. The tile floor is lifting and the tenant is certain that mold is now growing underneath the flooring

There is a constant mechanical fan exhaust noise. The sound is even worse the hotter the weather is, but even when it isn't hot the noise is constant. Please call this complainant. He wants to know what his rights are as a resident.
