Per Online; There is water continually streaming from this property. The retaining walls are not properly controlling the water flow from the property - with holes on the side where you can see the silt and water seeping. The seepage has been constantly flowing for months causing water to pool on the street and debris in the street and sidewalk. it looks like poor workmanship and lack of proper drainage.

Per Online; This property is in an environmentally sensitive area. Is the current work on a retaining wall being handled competently and by qualified personnel? Are there construction plans for this project? This site has had a minimum of work for a year until recently. It has had a makeshift retaining wall and water has been flowing off of the site. Currently work is proceeding, and the trucks on site are from a landscaping company. I do not see plans for construction on this
