Per CSB;SDCI - Enforce junk storage violation - I think people are moving out of a rental house and disposing of things they don't want to move in the ravine. There was a party in the house 2 or 3 years ago and someone threw a brown couch into the ravine. It's mostly covered in weeds now. I can see it from my kitchen window in the winter. Could be different renters. More recently there was a large piece of cardboard disposed of 3 or 4 weeks ago that is still there. Y

Complainant does not speak English, but Cantonese. Exposed electrical wiring, water does not run in kitchen sink & illegal units located in the lower half of house. (Her son Tim works for Code Enforcement in CA & called on her behalf) He was just in Seattle to see her & the house is very cold also.
