WEEDS 3---per CSB--Dangerous dead tree hanging over the narrow street. It is a very dead Madrona, and as the soil gets wet or the tree heavy with water, I am pretty sure it is going to fall. We have seen this tree drop enormous trunks over the last several years and luckily no one has been hurt yet. But someone needs to take this entire tree out before it lands on a car or a person. The picture doesn't really do it justice, it is a 30 foot tree, dead, hanging over the street
