CSB 25-00265052 There has been an outhouse taking up precious parking space for over a year now in front of my housing community. For some period of time there were no parking signs and it seemed to be properly permitted but those have long since removed. Two of us have been trying to sell our house and it?s so off-putting out there. It?s taking up precious parking space. Homeless people come and tip it over frequently, sometimes leaking hazardous sewage material into the street to freely flow

Per Online; Construction and Excavation Work at 2335 10th Ave E, SDCI Record ID 6687555--CN and 6687555-CN-002 has caused erosion and sloughing on the NW Corner of 2337 10th Ave. E. Owner/Builder has failed to mitigate or correct this condition. This has been brought to the attention of SDCI departments overseeing this project. There is still an open excavation permit on the project that has not been closed.

Per Online; 1. The driveway is 9.5 inches too narrow at 110.5 inches; it's supposed to be 120 inches. The building at 2337 10 AVE E Seattle, WA 98102 encroaches on the 10 foot mutual easement.2. The electrical conduit (B) is using PVC piping, not metal piping to encase electrical wiring on a narrow driveway. There is the risk of a car sideswiping the conduit and exposing live wires.
