2 construction sites on opposing ends of the ally way are consistently blocking both entrancing, making it so residents are unable to enter or exit to park their vehicles or leave. Blockages include personal vehicles, trucks, and equipment from the construction workers, and it is left with no one attending to it, so when asked to move when having to leave for work, no one is there to move it, resulting in my late arrival to work and appointments.
