Per Online;Hi, I am in the process of moving and discovered behind my bed a black polka dotted wall .what seems to indicate black mold seeping through the sheet rock.   I have been in this apartment in Magnolia (2344 W Newton Street Apt #3, Seattle Washington 98199 ) for 2 years and 4 months and am very concerned about this health hazard...I have also moved away my nightstands and discovered green fuzzy mildew underneath the night stands.who do I call or contact...I

Tenant wants to know rights for owner entering unit? Owner is trying to come on a day/time that tenant didn't agree to, can they do this? They are also using electricity from tenants property is this legal? Has threatened tenancy when gave notice. (see 007388-23CP)
