It is unclear whether any of this work is properly permitted or if they are using licensed contractors especially as the remodels involve both plumbing and electrical updates.

The property managers recently restriped the parking area. The result was several parking spaces that are not code compliant. 1 space is less than 12 feet and the car has to pull into the sidewalk to get our of the space. 2 other spaces are not allowed enough ingress and egress space such that cars cannot pull into or out of the spaces. These issues were pointed out to the property managers before the repainting and after the repainting, but they have chosen to ignore the issues.
