There has been construction going on everyday for the last month across the street on Franklin Ave E and E Louisa. Usually it wouldn't be a problem, but we're in the middle of pandemic. We can't go to work, so we have to work from home. The construction is SO LOUD all day during every work day, we can't get anything done. It can be heard through work calls, etc. It's really affecting our every day tasks and there's nothing we can do about it. Can this be moved to the weekend

Per online complaint: "There is a construction project going on at 2351 Franklin Ave E. As I write this, it is 7:45 on a city holiday (MLK day). The construction workers have been hammering away, revving their truck engines, talking at the top of their lungs, etc. since 7:20 am. Again, on a city holiday."
