Per 4/20/17 online complaint: "They install a French drain and using it as a drain field filled with rocks instead of draining to the street and causing water leaking to our house at 2347 19th ave S. and SPU did come out and check the city pipe with dye and looks ok. Please help!!!" since Feb. 2016

Neighbor is restoring house doing construction, they have dug a 2-3ft ditch in the yard. With all the rainfall the water is now overflowing and flooding the complainants home. Basement and garage is repeatedly flooding this is on the north side of the home. Worried that things are not being done correctly***Is drainage work per SS Permit 6448715? Especially on north side***

zoning violationobserved salvage wood, construction materials inside garage. one male on premises stated they make cabinets, both prop owners said they had buiding permits and are working on the houses. No building permits for either property. Gave Mark Ricketts and Mitch Grospe Cam # 236 and verbal warning.
