Ongoing sewage line issues since June 2015. Most recently, our toilet water overflowing daily and our toilet only taking down fluid, not solids. I have pictures of raw sewage in our backyard. I have contacted the property manager several times regarding this issue over the past month.

the house at the south west corner of intersection of 1st ave NE and NE 62nd street, has an exterior waste plumbing pipe on side of building that is leaking onto the sidewalk for over 2 months. it is dripping waste and fluids through a broken joint in the pipes about 10' off the ground. birds and rodents are attracted and gathering at this spot
