The address parcel is in the environmentally critical area (ECA) and shoreline master program (SMP) designations. Per Online; Our entire building is shaking from the 520 bridge construction. I thought it was an earthquake. My chandelier is clattering and the walls and floors are vibrating and shaking. I can't be inside my hone due to the noise and discomfort of the shaking, and I'm very concerned about the damage this is causing to our building.
