Abandoned unit 207 left for 5 months filled with rotting garbage. Tenants are getting sick and property management company has left the unit broken in to, exposing all of us to the potentially harmful biohazard of someone else's waste. The entire building smells like rotting trash. Property management company is aware and has left the unit in this condition and refuses to fix it or respond to our concerns.

We have been dealing with rotted garbage odors for months. There was a unit 2 doors down from me that was abandoned. Management refuses to acknowledge or address the issue. When it's brought to her attention, she gets very hostile.
